Brother Cadfael: Dead Man's Ransom

Postby Lynnedean » Tue Oct 21, 2014 7:19 pm

Dead Man's Ransom is being repeated on BBC Radio 4 Extra this week - one 30-min ep per day. First two eps are now available on the BBC iPlayer; each of the others will be made available after it is broadcast ... BBC iPlayer: Brother Cadfael - Dead Man's Ransom

Note: The BBC has increased the amount of time most of its programmes will remain available on the iPlayer after broadcast - it's now thirty days.

Well, that's good news! Thirty days is more reasonable.

Perfect, I've been hoping it would be broadcast again. Thanks for posting, Lynnedean.

I LOVE the Brother Cadfael stories! Is this BBC radio program with MK reading it?

You must have missed my post about this in the radio recordings list thread, mohair. When you said that you liked the Cadfael books, I explained that this recording is a dramatisation of one of the Cadfael novels; Michael Kitchen only narrates to knit the scenes together, and it doesn't give him a great deal to say.

In case you don't know, here's a handy tip to avoid missing a post ... log in, and when the Board index appears, click on "view new posts" in the links above it. This brings up all the posts that have been made since you last logged in. I was a member of the board for months before I discovered that! :D
