Doomsday Gun: Life imitates art

MK fired the starting cannon for Round the Island race at Cowes this morning, reminding me of Chris in "Doomsday Gun." There's a nice, brief interview and photo on the Isle of Wight County Press website. I couldn't get the link to work, sorry!
But, what does the brain matter....compared to the heart?

Fun to see MK doing what he loves to do. Thank you for sharing. BTW, I was in Canada this past week visiting the Canadian Rockies. Spectacular! Our Colorado Rockies looked ho hum when we got back...but we both live in very beautiful places!

More photos posted in the Press 2019 photos section of the race website:

An exciting race this year, but a disappointing last leg as the wind dropped and almost everyone had to motor in.

P.S. I suppose this should be in the Interviews and Articles section! Oh well.
