We're waiting for the tell-all, but the fact that he won't is one of the things that makes him so appealing, isn't it? :foyle5:
Just looked over the chapter on "Horse Racing and Illegal Rambling."

He doesn't have to tell ALL, but a word or two would be nice.

I have learned through MK blogs that there are outtakes including MK on the Brian Pern DVDs. I may have to get them just for that. I wonder how many include MK? I've always wished that the FW DVDs had outtakes.

Check out BritishDetectives on Tumblr and Twitter. The outtakes are hysterical. He is beyond adorable. So great to see him laughing so easily. I have bought the DVD just for these, and every other scene he was in.

Even though I can't hear what's going on in these gifs, they makes me laugh out loud! Supports a theory I've had that he has a great sense of humor...and enjoys a good laugh!!

Love a happy MK!

Thanks Amiga. Cheek chewing Foyle replaced by lip biting Farrow, too funny

Friday, April 29. I chose AmazonGlobal Standard delivery after reading the fine print. Maybe that is the difference. :rose:

My Brian Pern DVDs arrived today! A day before they were expected. And surprise...these Region 2 DVDs played on my new computer! No region-free player needed!

I haven't (re)watched the episodes, but went directly to the outtakes and deleted scenes. So funny!

I am reminded that it's certainly is different to see MK as the fast-talking, foul-mouthed John Farrow as compared to Christopher Foyle. (Some of the FWAS members would turn blue and/or faint!)

I was just going to ask about regions. Did you order them through the link above?

Stoked, now!!

J

BTW, are there captions or subtitles on the main programs?

The DVDs are only available as Region 2. I ordered from Amazon UK which is what the links above are. And, yes, there are subtitles. The menu says "English (United States)". Even outtakes and deleted scenes are subtitled.
Enjoy!

You know, I thought about that when I was posting, but the "The Man" would be capitalized.

I'm just hoping the man will get for me, but it would be terrific if The Man did so.

Might make the man jealous, though...
