The article says "The company is also reportedly shooting "a version in advance for 'safety', just in case anything goes wrong on the night.""

I wonder if they will issue a DVD. :asking:
"Well...The Foyles, you know, always have been hard to resist." (Enemy Fire S3E2)
***
"If Michael Kitchen played a corpse, you would still watch him more than anyone else." (Jaci Stephen, The Mail, November 3, 2002)

The NBC (US) live Sound of Music of a few years ago issued both a soundtrack album and a dvd, so we can hope. If nothing else I imagine it'll be on the ITV player, and probably clips on YouTube.

Could only ask for one better Christmas gift!
But, what does the brain matter....compared to the heart?

What a delightful prospect! I'd love to see this! It would be cool if his wife, Kate Royal, played Maria.

And if they want to bring their kids into the family line of work (and the kids are interested), they could be 2/7 of the children...

Hah! Beau and Audrey, isn't it? They'd be of the right age. Well, there's quite a spread of ages, so, yeah, that would work! :pleased:

I'm so excited for this!! Very wise of ITV to cast someone who is a proven singer AND actor. His kids should totally be in it.
