A complete BF

I was just rewatching Bad Blood tonight and I rather stumbled over that particular comment made by the blinded Higgins about Halliday; "He's a complete BF".

Am I hearing it wrong? Or has my mind simply gone blank? I can't think what BF might be an acronym for... Help?
